He holds a Global Professional Master of Law from the University of Toronto, the most recognizable University in Canada.

Masoud also holds a Bachelor of law and a master's degree in Private law from Iran.



His Foreign Legal Background and extensive experience in different legal systems as well as his many years of business experience in real estate and financial Industry has turned him in to a skilled legal professional in different fields of law and business.



Masoud`s field of expertise is mostly Real Estate Law, Wills and Powers of Attorney, Corporate Law and Contract Law.
