Our services

Vacant Staging

Starting from $1500

The consult portion typically lasts about 2 hours long or more depending on the size of the home. While each home is unique and therefore the only way to properly provide a quote for home staging is through our consultation, the average investment for staging home (including furniture rental, delivery, set up and removal) is approximately $3000 and the minimum generally starts at $1800 (which would include approximately 3 staged major rooms plus bathrooms, hallways and entrance).

Design consultation
Starting from $250

The consult portion typically lasts about 2 hours long or more depending on the size of the home.

We will take photos of each room along with detailed notes to present to the homeowner by the next day. After the consultation, we will provide a full quote with any work necessary, including hands-on Staging.

Occupied Staging
Starting from $600

We visit the property and complete a room-by-room checklist of all recommended changes that will help the home sell faster and for more money. We will come back to use the homeowner’s furniture and accessories to fully stage the space.

Pre-listing walkthrough

Starting from $300

We will show up two hours prior to the photography session and make sure the clutter is hidden and the space looks its best during the session. We'll bring additional accessories and decorative items and take them with us after the photos are taken.
