Our services

CLEANING & INSPECTION
To maintain the integrity of your Tirajeh jewelry, we recommend you visit our store at least once every six months to have your jewelry cleaned and inspected free of charge.

We also offer cleaning services for jewelry not purchased at Tirajeh Jewelry. Please bring your item into our store and we will provide you with a FREE ESTIMATE.

POLISHING & PLATING
Besides cleaning your jewelry, we offer polishing and/or rhodium plating to keep your jewelry shining. The polishing service allows your jewelry to rediscover its original shine and brilliance, without altering its shape. If you are looking to make some color changes to your jewelry you can use our plating services to bring a new look to an old piece.

RESIZING
It is essential that your jewelry fits you comfortably. We will resize your jewelry quickly, professionally and affordably. Resizing services are performed on bracelets, necklaces and rings.

Performed by a specialist jeweller, the service includes the following operations: diagnosis, adjustment of the size, removal or addition of a piece of metal (for rings) or links (for other jewellery), polishing, cleaning of the piece, and finally, technical and aesthetic inspection as carried out in accordance with our quality criteria. Keep in mind, certain pieces, may be more difficult to size, or may not be sizable at all.

RESTORATION
The Restoration Service is performed on damaged, extremely damaged or vintage pieces of jewelry to rediscover its aesthetic attractiveness and restore its original appearance.

CUSTOM DESIGN
Turn your jewelry visions to reality with our custom design service. We encourage our custom design clients to express their opinions and be involved in the whole design process. We would love for our clients’ own personal style and taste to show and for each and every client to be more than satisfied with the finished product.

APPRAISALS
Appraisals are important when it comes to insuring and protecting your jewelry investments. Our GIA Graduate Gemologists are able to provide accurate and accredited appraisals for valuation and insurance purposes.

WATCH SERVICES
Our master watchmakers are expertly trained and have many years of experience and are ready to perform the highest quality workmanship on most major brands. Some of the typical repairs include overhaul on mechanical movements, replacing circuits on quartz movements, replacing crystals and refinishing casings and bracelets.

We also offer on the spot watch battery replacements while you wait.
